My thoughts go to all those people who work for us. They are at the forefront of the covid-19 virus. They help us support us. At sunset, when they return home, after a day of suffering and sadness, they free the mind from every thought. I'm referring to you heroes. Now it's your time: think, dream and fantasise. Imagine what will you do, meditate on what you did. Remember the sunset on the beach, the dawn on the mountains, the scent in the countryside after a summer storm. Free your mind completely.
