Fall in New York City
As the days grow shorter and the shadows longer, New York becomes more magical. When bathed in warm autumnal light, it is almost as if living in a film. The city holds the heat of the summer well past September. Late October is the sweet spot where temperatures are comfortable and living life al fresco is an option. There is nothing as romantic as reinventing the world on a seasonable afternoon over a bowl of soup and a glass of wine. The Jazz standard, Autumn in New York says it all, “Lovers that bless the dark/On benches in Central Park.” It’s that simple and so fleeting.
